I have been a professional photographer for 30 years with a strong background in photojournalism and documentary. Over time I have developed a rather diverse skill set, but have specialized in shooting news, environmental portraiture, live music and events as well as a creating a strong body of art, landscape and nature work.  

However, there is nothing I enjoy more than following a strong documentary subject and telling compelling stories through images.

Some places my work has been published include the New York Times, New York Magazine, New York Newsday, The Cleveland Plain Dealer, Z Magazine, Ohio Magazine, The Cincinnati Enquirer,  Cincinnati Magazine, Cincy Magazine, Ohio Magazine, Cincinnati CityBeat and CiN Weekly. 

I currently maintain a busy freelance business while also teaching photography as an adjunct instructor when positions are available. I have recently relocated to the South Shore of Nova Scotia, Canada.
